Tech Infra Program Manager III, Non-Standard Infrastructure Capacity Planning & Delivery
About the role
The AWS Non-Standard Infrastructure Global Delivery Team has an immediate opening for a Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to drive non-standard infrastructure capacity delivery around the world. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive the development and implementation of non-standard infrastructure designs and develop and document requirements, budgets, and project schedules to drive timely infrastructure delivery; drive improvements to the health of the fleet; and make data-driven decisions that influence large capital investments.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of regional capacity scaling strategies for multiple non-standard infrastructure programs
- Work with regional capacity delivery teams and to plan deployment and scaling activities
- Coordinate project activities with other relevant projects to gain both cost and execution efficiencies
- Solve problems and remove blockers to timely capacity delivery
- Identify opportunities to invent and simplify processes, identifying business risks and implementing resolutions and scalable mechanisms
- Communicate ideas to a wide variety of stakeholders for purposes ranging from informative to need for approvals from executives
- Determine process health metrics and key performance indicators and develop data visualization reports illustrating process health
- Develop and implement scalable, data-driven process improvements
- Develop standard operating procedures, change/communication plans, and project/program-level status updates
- Drive adoption with internal stakeholders through effective change management
- Keep the customer experience as the primary focus
Qualifications
- 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience
- Master's degree in a related technical field (preferred)

Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
