About the role

The Tech III-Facilities (HVAC) position is responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems within the hospital facilities. This includes troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all systems operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions
• Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Communicate effectively with other departments regarding HVAC issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Pay
