About the role
The Facilities Tech III is responsible for maintaining and repairing various facilities equipment and systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
- Perform routine inspections and repairs on lighting fixtures
- Install and troubleshoot new electrical and mechanical equipment
- Respond to emergency calls and perform urgent repairs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in facility maintenance
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- Experience with HVAC systems
- Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
