About the role

Provide clients with a unique business perspective on how to leverage SAP technology to enhance their operations. Work with key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) system capabilities. Gather requirements, design, configure, and implement SAP PM solutions that meet client requirements. Liaise with stakeholders and the technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Use proven methodologies, tools, and accelerators to support program implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Plant Maintenance issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Manage SAP Plant Maintenance projects or workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.
  • Facilitate workshops and seminars to align business needs with SAP PM capabilities.
  • Provide user training and create comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.
  • Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
  • Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress.
  • Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
  • Cultivate business development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Analytics, Operations, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, a Master’s degree in the same fields and 4 years of work experience.
  • 4 years of experience in system analysis, design, and configuration of SAP Plant Maintenance modules, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and work order management.
  • 4 years of experience in data migration, data mapping, and data transformation processes.
  • 1 year of experience in managing SAP Plant Maintenance projects or workstreams, and project-based team members.
  • 4 years of experience with SAP PM integrations with other SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and/or Quality Management (QM).
  • 2 years of experience leading workshops and client-facing presentations.
  • Travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.

Pay

The base salary for this job is $205,435.00 per year.

Schedule

Full-time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

Hybrid model: Expectation is for most people in external, client-serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year.
