Main Responsibilities
- Design, create and execute complex multi-channel campaigns using campaign management tools.
- Validate counts from a marketing perspective versus what is reasonable.
- Serve as primary point-of-contact for problem escalation and resolution for campaigns.
- Ensure campaign turnaround times are tracked against SLAs and campaign data is communicated internally.
- Partner with account teams to communicate and manage client expectations.
- Be a subject matter expert on client's data sources and become intimately familiar with database, email and preference data including understanding key business rules that drive campaign and reporting outputs.
- Maintain quality control on campaign deliverables prior to client distribution.
- Ensure the client team is following quality control procedures as applicable.
- Lead troubleshooting of campaign count issues, questions, and research.
- Self-directed analyst.
- Effectively utilize programming tools and applications, with primary expertise in SFMC.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other technology subject or equivalent industry experience.
- 2 years technical experience in a marketing operations role, preferably planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Strong SQL experience and knowledge of campaign processes.
- Hands on expertise with campaign management tools (ex: Unica, SalesForce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe Campaign).
- Familiarity with best practices for email marketing.
Knowledge & Ability
- Consultative approach to campaign planning and execution, making recommendations to the client to deliver increased value of marketing operations.
- Experience with and understanding of CRM, direct mail and email campaigns, dynamic content experience a plus.
- Knowledge of relational marketing Database structures.
- Ability to solve problems by applying analytical reasoning.
Position Requirements

- We work a hybrid schedule - 3 days in office and 2 days working from home.
- Candidates must local to the DFW area and willing to be onsite in the Irving office 3 days per week.
