What's the Job?
Receive, document, track, and manage complaint samples for laboratory evaluation.
Carefully coordinate domestic and international shipment of sample return kits, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Review and process image and video requests related to product complaints using internal quality systems.
Maintain accurate records and documentation while following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and laboratory procedures.
Support daily laboratory operations, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
What's Needed?
- A high school diploma or GED
- An associate degree or equivalent experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, laboratory support, or a related field
- A strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- To comply with Hepatitis B vaccination requirements or waiver process
