Risks Prevention Plan
The risks prevention plan is applied, safety requirements are taken into account (personnel and equipment).
Responsibilities
- Apply the maintenance strategy to equipment criticality.
- Implement and include process influent parameters in maintenance plans (including contribution to the control of the process by the implementation, application and evolution of maintenance plans).
- Effectively optimize the effectiveness of interventions through analysis of maintenance results and implementation of necessary actions in a dynamic of continuous progress over short and medium term horizons (week/month).
- Optimize maintenance costs (operational efficiency, energy and spare parts consumption).
- Apply the steps and tools of MMW and maintain orderliness and cleanliness.
- Ensure the durability of equipment, particularly by addressing obsolescence cases.
- Adapt resources (competency and quantity), create training and succession plans.
Qualifications
- Experience in applying maintenance strategies and risk prevention plans.
- Knowledge of equipment criticality and process influent parameters.
- Ability to analyze maintenance results and implement necessary improvements.
- Proficiency in optimizing maintenance costs and operational efficiency.
- Experience in applying MMW and maintaining orderliness and cleanliness.
- Understanding of equipment durability and obsolescence management.
- Ability to adapt resources and create training and succession plans.
