Risks Prevention Plan

The risks prevention plan is applied, safety requirements are taken into account (personnel and equipment).

Responsibilities

• Apply the maintenance strategy to equipment criticality.
• Implement and include process influent parameters in maintenance plans (including contribution to the control of the process).
• Effectively optimize effectiveness of interventions through analysis of maintenance results and implementation of necessary actions.
• Optimize maintenance costs by improving operational efficiency, reducing energy and spare parts consumption.
• Apply the steps and tools of MMW and maintain orderliness and cleanliness.
• Ensure the durability of equipment, especially by addressing obsolescence cases.
• Adapt resources (competency and quantity), create training and succession plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in applying risks prevention plans and maintaining safety standards.
• Knowledge of and experience with the maintenance strategy and its application to equipment.
• Ability to analyze maintenance results and implement necessary improvements.
• Skills in optimizing maintenance costs and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Experience in applying MMW and maintaining orderliness and cleanliness.
• Understanding of equipment durability and obsolescence management.
• Ability to adapt resources and create training and succession plans.

Skills

• Strong understanding of safety protocols and risk management.
• Proficiency in implementing and managing maintenance strategies.
