Risks Prevention Plan

The risks prevention plan is applied, safety requirements are taken into account (personnel and equipment).

Responsibilities

• Apply the maintenance strategy to equipment criticality.
• Implement and include process influent parameters in maintenance plans (including contribution to the control of the process by the implementation, application and evolution of maintenance plans).
• Effectively optimize the effectiveness of interventions through analysis of maintenance results and implementation of necessary actions.
• Optimize maintenance costs by improving operational efficiency, reducing energy and spare parts consumption.
• Apply the steps and tools of MMW and maintain orderliness and cleanliness.
• Ensure the durability of equipment, especially by addressing obsolescence cases.
• Adapt resources (competency and quantity), create training and succession plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in applying maintenance strategies and risk prevention plans.
• Knowledge of polymer composite materials and their applications.
• Ability to analyze and optimize maintenance results.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in creating and implementing training and succession plans.
