Risks Prevention Plan
The risks prevention plan is applied, safety requirements are taken into account (personnel and equipment).
Responsibilities
- Apply the maintenance strategy to equipment criticality.
- Implement and include process influent parameters in maintenance plans (including contribution to process control).
- Effectively optimize intervention effectiveness through analysis of maintenance results and implementation of necessary actions.
- Optimize maintenance costs by improving operational efficiency, reducing energy and spare parts consumption.
- Apply the steps and tools of MMW and maintain orderliness and cleanliness.
- Ensure equipment durability, especially addressing obsolescence cases.
- Adapt resources (competency and quantity), create training and succession plans.
Requirements
Commensurate with experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in related field.
- Skills: Strong understanding of maintenance strategies, risk management, and equipment criticality.

- Technical proficiency in maintenance and risk management.
- Ability to analyze and optimize maintenance processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
