About the role
Create an engaging and confidence-building shopping experience by helping athletes find the right apparel for performance and everyday life. As a Teammate – Apparel, you will deliver strong service, merchandise expertise, and contribute to a team-first environment. Bring style, comfort, and performance together for every athlete.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional experiences to athletes of all abilities in a retail store setting.
- Provide strong service and merchandise expertise to help customers find apparel for performance and everyday life.
- Contribute to a team-first environment focused on collaboration and accountability.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews.
- AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) are not permitted during any part of the interview process.
- Offers are contingent upon a satisfactory background check, which may include ID verification.
Pay
Targeted pay range: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on factors including location, experience, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
