About the role
We are seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team at Goodwill Greater Milwaukee and Chicago. Our mission is to support people with barriers to employment by transforming lives through work and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Production Associates: Support the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations and maximizing revenue.
- Donation Attendants: Greet and thank donors, sort donations, and assist with customer service.
- Sales Floor Associates: Organize the sales floor, assist customers, and provide excellent customer service.
- Cashiers: Build relationships with customers, ring up sales, and communicate the impact of purchases.
Requirements
- One year of customer service, retail, or production experience preferred.
- Able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of shifts while maintaining a customer service mindset.
- Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards.

Pay
Starting rate at $15.00 per hour. Refer a friend for an additional $250 or more.
Schedule
No extended hours during the holiday season to allow for family time.
