Teamcenter Technical-Functional SME (Contract Role)

delaware North America is in growth mode, and we're seeking an experienced consultant to join our team as an independent contractor with their own S-Corp (U.S. Citizen or Green Card required). We are not accepting applications from traditional third-party, C-Corp, or other arrangements at this time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Teamcenter solutions to support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes, including engineering change management, document management, and BOM management.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into Teamcenter functional and technical specifications, and recommend best-practice PLM solutions.
• Configure Teamcenter workflows, data models, access controls, and integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP, CAD applications, and other engineering platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and IT organizations to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and drive user adoption.
• Support data migration, testing, user training, and go-live activities while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and governance requirements.
• Provide ongoing production support, enhancement recommendations, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize the value of the Teamcenter platform.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter integration with SAP using the latest integration tools (key requirement).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder operating as an independent contractor with your own S-Corp.
