Techno-Functional Specialist (Contract)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Support business process mapping and optimization initiatives
- Design and implement system configurations and enhancements
- Partner with development teams to build, test, and deploy solutions
- Provide technical expertise in system integrations, APIs, and data flows
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement timely resolutions
- Serve as a liaison between business users and IT teams
- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Manage change requests, upgrades, and releases
- Communicate effectively with business users, developers, and leadership
- Provide training and documentation to end-users
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 3 – 7+ years’ experience in a techno-functional, business analyst, or similar role
- Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise systems
- Experience with system implementations and integrations
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, and reporting platforms
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, HRIS, or similar enterprise systems
