Teamcenter Specialist
Support hypersonic testing and development programs by applying basic Configuration Management (CM) principles as directed by the client. Assist the client in setting up, identifying, cataloging, and archiving current and historical programmatic and engineering documentation using Siemens Teamcenter. Route and track engineering artifacts through the entire CM process. Provide timely responses for requests for active and archived engineering artifacts.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, IT, and supply chain, to ensure cohesive integration of Teamcenter solutions
- Provide user training and support to ensure effective use of Teamcenter
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Teamcenter applications and integrations
- Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and workflows
- Travel up to 10% of the time
Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter implementation, configuration, and customization, or Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter implementation, configuration, and customization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with engineering or hardware CM
- Experience chairing or contributing to a change control board (CCB)
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
- Experience reviewing government documents, briefs, and engineering drawings
- Knowledge of technical data for the design, operation, and maintenance of complex systems
- Knowledge of system engineering disciplines
- Knowledge of Cameo and Inventor
- Ability to maintain a robust process with continuous improvement to increase process efficiency using CM processes
- Teamcenter Certification
- CM Certification

Pay
Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
This role may be remote, hybrid, or onsite:
- Remote: Primarily virtual, with occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
- Hybrid: Frequent work from a Booz Allen facility, with potential visits to customer sites.
- Onsite: Work primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, collaborating directly with colleagues and customers.
Employees working virtually are generally expected to have their cameras on during meetings to support engagement and effective communication.
