About the role

Lead the operational support and continuous improvement of Teamcenter PLM environments. Resolve complex technical issues, manage system performance, and ensure high user satisfaction. This role requires deep expertise in Teamcenter architecture, configuration, and integration, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Install, deploy, upgrade, and maintain Siemens Teamcenter PLM, with emphasis on recent versions 12–14
  • Support 2-tier and 4-tier production environment deployment, including Deployment Center, Dispatcher, and TcRA deployment, configuration, and administration
  • Root-cause end-user and infrastructure-related issues using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Mentor junior support engineers and enforce best practices in delivery
  • Track and report metrics to stakeholders regularly
  • Stay updated with the latest Teamcenter releases, tools, and PLM trends
  • Work in rotational shifts, including off-shift support as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience in the specialty for each year of education)
  • Minimum 11+ years of experience in Teamcenter PLM
  • Strong knowledge of Teamcenter architecture and PLM concepts
  • Experience with AWS cloud architecture, Windows systems, and software installations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods, communicate via telephone, email, or face-to-face, and travel as required
  • Must be a “U.S. person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or certain refugees and asylees)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Teamcenter 13.x
  • Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines

Pay

  • CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ: $114,000 to $167,000
  • Washington, DC: $106,000 to $147,500
