Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage application health, performance, and availability for Teamcenter Unified/Active Workspace environments.
- Troubleshoot issues related to workflows, BMIDE, data model, access, and integrations.
- Manage user administration, access controls, privilege configurations, and licensing.
- Act as primary escalation point for critical incidents; ensure timely resolution and communication.
- Drive root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
- Review, plan, and execute change requests, enhancements, and releases.
- Lead minor and major upgrades for Teamcenter, Active Workspace, and related components.
- Care for coordination of environment promotions across DEV–QA–UAT–PROD.
- Perform configuration, BMIDE updates, patching, and deployment activities.
- Support integrations with CAD tools (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks), ERP, MES, and custom applications.
- Work closely with infrastructure teams for server, database, and storage related issues.
- Oversee environment refreshes, backups, and system housekeeping tasks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, business users, and project managers to prioritize work.
- Provide technical guidance to support team members (L1/L2).
- Prepare and present operational reports, KPIs, and continuous improvement outcomes.
