Team Trainer - Part Time

Role Overview: The Food Prep Worker prepares and portions food items, ensuring adherence to production requirements and sanitation standards. They utilize worksheets and recipes to cook meals, maintain food quality through proper rotation, and manage leftovers appropriately. Key Responsibilities: Prepare food using prep lists and standardized recipes.Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.Maintain clean, organized work and storage areas.Ensure stations are sanitized and equipment is cleaned.Uphold food safety standards and report safety issues.Complete required training and adapt to changing duties. Qualifications & Skills: Preferably with at least one year of prep or food service experience.Knowledge of food prep, knife handling, temperature control, and sanitation helpful.Ability to read, write, and demonstrate basic math skills.Physical capability for lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing. Additional Notes: The role may involve physical demands and require uniforms or PPE. The focus is on developing skills, maintaining safety, and contributing to a positive team environment.
