Team Relations Specialist 1st Shift (BSA-MG)

About the Role

The Team Relations Specialist acts as a liaison for all Team Members, handling concerns and escalating them as needed. This position provides recommendations for addressing issues, resolves workplace conflicts, and may conduct investigations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a professional behavior and demeanor, fostering a positive working environment.
• Assists in resolving Team Member concerns and gauges morale daily.
• Ensures management is aware of workplace issues by communicating daily with the Team Relations Manager.
• Ensures uniform application of MNAe policies through internal audits, investigations, and reporting to supervisors.
• Advocates for fair and consistent treatment of all Team Members in accordance with MNAe policy.
• Provides guidance to management on addressing attendance, performance, or behavior issues requiring corrective action.
• Serves as a liaison to acquire information or arrange meetings for Team Members.
• Assists in training Team Members and management on company policies and procedures.
• Creates and presents reports and presentations as requested.
• Assists with administrative tasks and interprets MNAe policies, including conducting training.
• Complies with and promotes workplace safety.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field OR high school diploma or equivalent plus 4+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to conduct legally defensible investigations to resolve employee complaints.
• Ability to interpret company policies and ensure fair and consistent administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional HR Certification (SHRM-CP or PHR).

Schedule

• Works an 8-hour shift that may include 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• Spends 20% of time in the office and 80% on the production floor (climate controlled).
