Team Mortgage Loan Originator (Loan Officer Assistant)

Job Duties

• Assist loan officers in preparing and submitting loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information, address questions, and provide updates on loan status.
• Cook with processing, underwriting, and closing departments to facilitate a smooth and timely loan process.
• Manage loan pipelines, track progress, and follow up on incomplete or missing documentation.
• Support sales team efforts to cultivate new client relationships by providing superior customer service.
• Stay informed about current mortgage products, programs, and industry changes to assist clients and loan officers effectively.

Job Requirements

• Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule from our Winter Garden, FL office.
• Minimum of 2-4 years mortgage origination/support experience.
• Mortgage Loan Originator license preferred. If not currently licensed, ability to obtain Mortgage Loan Originator license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Experience preferred.
• Technology savvy.

Pay

Base salary plus bonus and the ability to earn commissions if licensed.

Schedule

Hybrid schedule from our Winter Garden, FL office.
