About the Program

Participants will rotate through multiple departments and locations, gaining hands-on experience across both customer-facing operations and behind-the-scenes processes. This experience is designed to build a strong foundation in business operations, leadership, and problem-solving while taking on real responsibility within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across departments and locations to develop a well-rounded understanding of operations
• Support and implement improvements to operational processes
• Work on cross-functional projects with measurable impact
• Analyze key metrics and contribute to performance improvement
• Build leadership, communication, and analytical skills through real-world experience

Reporting Structure

You will report to Office Managers and collaborate directly with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) on select projects, gaining exposure to leadership decision-making and business strategy.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay

Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000
