Commensurate with experience
- Team Members: $14 – $18 per hour (base + tips)
- Shift Leads: $17 – $20 per hour (base + tips)
Responsibilities
- Be the face of Capriotti’s!
- Create amazing guest experiences while preparing our award-winning sandwiches.
- Greet guests with energy and a genuine smile.
- Take accurate orders (in-store & drive-thru if applicable).
- Prepare fresh sandwiches and salads to recipe standards.
- Keep the restaurant clean and organized.
- Follow food safety standards.
- Work as part of a fast-moving, supportive team.
Requirements
- 16+ years old
- Positive attitude & strong work ethic
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and ready to learn
Qualifications
- Leadership mindset
- Previous food service experience preferred
