Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention, creating inclusive, personalized, and elevated experiences that reflect our mission and values.
• Learn product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently and thoughtfully support each customer, building trust and turning first-time visitors into loyal customers.
• Use elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviors to maintain a premium brand feel, even in high-traffic environments.
• Stay focused during peak hours, keeping the floor stocked, clean, and organized while prioritizing the customer experience.
• Demonstrate operational excellence by moving with urgency and efficiency, leveraging company tools and team support.
• Remain calm and adaptable when challenges arise, stepping into different store zones as needed.
• Embrace coaching and feedback with professionalism, continuously improving and staying focused on development.
• Bring energy and intention to every shift, helping meet store goals and supporting a high-performing culture.
• Communicate openly and professionally, fostering a team culture built on support, trust, and inclusivity.

Requirements

• Availability on weekdays, weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and at least 14 hours of open availability between both weekend days.
• Available for at least one closing shift on Saturday or Sunday and a total of 3 closing shifts per week.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium retail environment with professionalism.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and embrace feedback, training, and new responsibilities.
• Previous experience in retail, service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Must be a fan of SKIMS, our product, and our values.
• Ability to stand, remain physically active, and move around all store areas for 100% of the scheduled shift.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift.

Pay

$22.00 per hour.
