The Salema Group is a local family business that owns and operates 25 Dunkin’ locations on the seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine and has been in the Dunkin’ business since 1979. Please note this role is to work for a franchisee of Dunkin', not Dunkin' Brands, Inc., or any of their affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who are solely responsible for their employees and set their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet guests with a smile, take orders accurately, and ensure a delightful experience.
• Opening Procedures: Baking products, merchandising bakery products, brewing iced coffees and teas, and prepping the store to open for the day.
• Beverage and Food Preparation: Brew coffee, prepare sandwiches and package delicious donuts and serve them promptly.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the store tidy, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with fellow crew members to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Pay

Full-time pay starting at $15.00‑$16.00/hour + tips. Part-time pay starting at $12.50‑$14.00/hour + tips.

Schedule

Early morning hours, starting at 4 am or earlier. Full‑ and part‑time opportunities available with flexible schedule hours. Ability to work overnights and/or early mornings is a plus but not required. Please indicate your weekly availability in your application.
