About the role

The Crew Person is responsible for performing assigned tasks and duties within the restaurant, ensuring each guest has a positive experience. This role involves preparing quality food products according to standards and maintaining a clean, pleasant, and safe environment for guests and employees.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Company Guest service guidelines and procedures to ensure “SUPERSTAR Service.”
• Work assigned station(s) accurately and productively; clean and stock station area(s); perform other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Ensure all guests receive hot, quality products; prepare, package, and deliver products according to Menu Standards.
• Handle food products according to company procedures; follow food safety, handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure health and safety.
• Follow company cash control guidelines to minimize costs; properly use all products, supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Demonstrate effective oral communication skills with internal and external contacts.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned based on business needs.

Requirements

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Able and willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced environment with tight quarters and kitchen equipment.

Physical Demands

• Stand for long periods of time.
• Bend and stoop frequently.
• Work around heat sources.
• Able to lift 50–75 lbs. comfortably.
• Work with various cleaning products.
