Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming experience for every Chuze member and guest by sharing information about memberships, fitness programs, amenities, equipment, and engaging club tours.
- Ensure the club looks its best by completing and coordinating daily cleaning tasks to maintain an exceptionally clean and inviting space for members.
- Support front desk operations by assisting with memberships, retail sales, member check-ins, and phone inquiries.
- Resolve member questions related to accounts, billing, and club services, partnering with leadership when additional support is needed.
- Prepare and serve smoothies (at clubs with Chuze Blends).
- Support a seamless member experience by upholding Kids Club standards and assisting with Kids Club operations as needed, fostering collaboration and ensuring exceptional service for families.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills over the phone and in person.
- Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment.
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when needed.
- Due to the nature of this role, the selected candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Preferences: Previous customer service experience, high school graduate or equivalent, bilingual.

Pay
$14.25 / hour; based on experience.
