About the Role

At Checkers & Rally’s, you will make a difference in people’s lives by serving our Franchisees, Teams, and Guests. As a member of the Corporate Field Operations team, you will help ensure we are the 1st Choice for our Guests by passionately serving them with excellent service and fast, BOLD food.

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction
• Escalate any concerns or recommendations to the General Manager
• Identify and respond to Guests’ needs
• Complete cross-training and certification in multiple positions
• Adhere to policy and procedures to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction
• Help ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean, and fun environment for employees and Guests

Requirements

• Guest service or food preparation experience
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and extended hours
• High energy to keep up with our fast-paced environment
• Commitment to core values of integrity, service, excellence, and courage to be bold & grow

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Preferred
• Food Safety Certified - Preferred
