About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing technical support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions through phone, email, and in-person visits
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Train and mentor junior staff members
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in IT support or a similar field
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient in troubleshooting and using common IT tools
Qualifications
- Experience with customer relationship management systems
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and security protocols
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
