About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing technical support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions through phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Train and mentor junior staff members
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in IT support or a similar field
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and using common IT tools

Qualifications

  • Experience with customer relationship management systems
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure and security protocols
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
