As a Team Member, you will: Learn to frost our delicious cakes, available in four sizes and tons of exciting flavors, making every moment for our guests extra sweetHave the opportunity to flex and grow your time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skillsPlay party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitchMake everyone feel welcomed, and you’ll create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community As a Delivery Driver, you will: Load, transport, and deliver cakes in a safe, timely manner with a friendly attitude.Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete.Protect the quality of the NbC product. Adhere to assigned routes and following time schedules.Abide by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.Keep vehicle organized, clean and tidy.Comply with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene. Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Exhibits high energy and strong interpersonal skills; is friendly, helpful, positive, patient, socially confident and communicative. Is diligent, organized, and self-motivated. Has the ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.Skilled and confident driver.Comfortable maneuvering and parking a vehicle.Alert, focused, and detail-oriented with an innate sense of direction.Proficient in using GPS and other routing systems. Education, Certifications, and Work Experience Requirements: Applicants must be 21 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license required.Clean driving record with no moving violations.Previous delivery driver experience preferred. Work Availability: Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands. Employees at a franchised Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery location are employed by the franchise owner/operator and are not employees of Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate (the franchisor).
