About the role

White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is over 103 years old and is seeking friendly, fun and energetic Crew Managers. Crew Managers have previous food‑service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. They work in a Certified™ Great Place to Work® environment, organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, operating the cash register and drive‑thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, and working the fryer/griddle.

Pay

Competitive weekly pay. Position starts at the minimum rate listed, with potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience.

Pay Rate: $20.50 – $26.40 per hour.
