About the role
As a team member, you will prepare and serve guests while ensuring high-quality products by adhering to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests enthusiastically and maintain a positive attitude.
- Follow recipe and preparation guidelines to exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
- Monitor product quality and take corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of utensils, equipment, and the workspace.
- Ensure personal appearance aligns with company standards and demonstrate professionalism.
- Adhere to sanitation, safety, security policies, and procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related certifications are a plus.
- Physical ability to reach, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate equipment.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational, customer-focused, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to change, learn quickly, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent listening skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
