Our menu features a wide variety of high-quality, nutritious smoothies tailored to diverse dietary preferences and health goals. About the role

We are looking for mature, responsible, and enthusiastic team members to join our vibrant team. Ideal candidates can work the Mid Shift (10 AM) or have prior shift leader experience for the 2 PM shift. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations from opening through the midday rush and closing. Team members serve as frontline ambassadors of our mission to inspire healthy and active lifestyles through nutritious smoothies.

Responsibilities

• Blend delicious-tasting smoothies.
• Ensure the Guest purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greet and engage guests to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Complete store checklist tasks.
• Show up on time and ready to work.
• Live and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.

Qualifications

• Mature, responsible, energetic, and dynamic team members who are excited about health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, with a “guest comes first” attitude.

Pay

$9.50–$14.00 per hour.
