About the role
As a Team Member, you are on the front line of our operation, responsible for delivering great food and an exceptional guest experience. Your work helps fund life-saving equipment through the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality food to brand standards
- Accurately complete guest orders in a fast-paced environment
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
- Support team operations including cashiering, cleaning, and restocking
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Participate in in-store fundraising and community initiatives

Pay
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour (including tips)
Schedule
Full-Time & Part-Time available with flexible scheduling
Reporting Structure
Reports to General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Leader.
