About the role

We believe in the bagel, and we’ve been baking bagels fresh daily since 1995. Our Team Members are the secret ingredient in our bakery. Their personalities are what sets us apart from the competition.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests from the moment they enter the store.
• Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served.
• Keep the store environment safe and clean.
• Create a positive guest experience through excellent customer service.
• Rise to the top of our bagels and grow your career.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant).
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required.
• Tips eligible subject to state regulations.

Pay

Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations. Ranges reflect what employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position. The physical demands for this position are sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
