At Bruegger’s Bagels we’ve been kettle‑cooking our bagels and serving genuine New‑York‑style bagels with real Vermont cream cheese for over 35 years. As a Team Member you’ll be the secret ingredient that creates a welcoming guest experience and helps set us apart from the competition.

Responsibilities

• Make every guest feel welcomed from the moment they walk in.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company through positive guest interactions.
• Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early shifts (as early as 3 AM) and weekends.
• Ability to multi‑task and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus but not required.
• Tip eligibility is subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility follows position guidelines at time of hire.
• Physical demands include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently; accommodations can be made as needed.

Pay

Hourly rate: $14.00 – $21.00 per hour. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum‑wage regulations; the range reflects what the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position.

Schedule

• Stores close at 2 PM; you will never be scheduled to work past 3 PM.
• No evening or night shifts.
• Flexible scheduling with early shifts available (as early as 3 AM).
• Weekend work may be required based on business needs.
