About the role

Our Team Members are the secret ingredient in our bakery. Their personalities set us apart from the competition. As a Team Member, you’ll ensure every guest feels welcomed from the minute they walk in. We’re looking for true brand ambassadors excited to promote the company by creating a positive guest experience. You’ll take pride in providing excellent guest service, ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve, and keeping a safe and clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a positive experience from the moment they arrive
• Promote the company as a brand ambassador

• Multitask in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days, including early mornings (as early as 3am), weekends, and holidays
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus but not required

Pay

Hourly rate: $14.00 - $21.00 per hour. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations.

Schedule

• Stores close at 2pm—no evenings or nights
• Early morning shifts (as early as 3am) and weekend availability required
• Flexible scheduling based on business needs
