Ben & Jerry's Scoop Shop is now hiring friendly, reliable, and energetic team members to join our joyful ice cream team. We are passionate about community, fairness, and having fun, and we believe in serving up joy one scoop at a time.

Pay & Perks

What You'll Do

- Scoop, serve, and sell Ben & Jerry's ice cream, shakes, and treats - Deliver fast, friendly, and memorable customer service - Operate POS and handle cash accurately - Keep the shop clean, stocked, and organized - Work as part of a team to keep energy high during busy shifts - Follow food safety, cleanliness, and company standards

What You Bring

- Positive attitude and strong people skills - Reliability and punctuality—show up ready to work - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays) - Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs - Team-first mindset (leadership interest is a plus, but not required)
