About the role

We are seeking active, passionate, and customer service-savvy professionals for the role of Game Facilitator. This position keeps you constantly on the move, with limited time spent sitting down, and involves tasks that require you to be actively present and responsive in a fast-paced work environment. Activate fuses technology and physical activity to create live-action gaming experiences where you and your group become the players to actively and mentally complete challenges.

Responsibilities

• Check customers in, take payments, and make reservations
• Brief new groups prior to the start of the game
• Monitor customers in the gaming area and provide explanations if necessary
• Participate with customers in active games if needed to ensure an excellent experience
• Maintain the rooms by cleaning, painting, and performing any required maintenance
• Troubleshoot, identify, and make minor repairs in the event of a malfunction

Requirements

• Strong communication, multi-tasking, and time management skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to adapt to unforeseen situations in a calm and efficient manner
• Energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality with the ability to command attention in a crowd
• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Willingness to work various shifts starting as early as 9 am and ending as late as 1 am (managers will work within your given availability)
• Some troubleshooting and technical ability for equipment repair and maintenance needs

Schedule

Flexible shifts available, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shifts may start as early as 9 am and end as late as 1 am.
