About the Role

Ayvaz Pizza, a Franchisee of Pizza Hut, is hiring Team Members to assist with the daily operations of the restaurant. The role ensures customers receive friendly, personalized service, great food, and a clean, inviting environment. We seek a self-motivated, dynamic team player to join our team, working closely with Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments, and address customer issues.
• Operate cash registers or point-of-sale devices, using suggestive-selling techniques to boost sales.
• Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verify the accuracy of guest orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products.
• Clean kitchen areas, counters, food preparation areas, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Uphold Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Unload and stock inventory as needed.
• Perform duties at multiple workstations.
• Maintain prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Work with management to resolve restaurant issues.
• Develop team effectiveness skills and collaborate to achieve team goals.

Requirements

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Good written, math, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum age of 16 years (18 years old to work opening and closing shifts).
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law.
• Flexible work availability.
• Results-oriented and customer-focused.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.
