About the Role

Ayvaz Pizza, a Franchisee of Pizza Hut, is hiring Team Members to assist with daily restaurant operations. The role focuses on delivering friendly, personalized service, ensuring great food, and maintaining a clean, inviting environment. We seek self-motivated, dynamic team players to join our fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments, and address customer issues.
• Operate cash registers or point-of-sale devices, using suggestive-selling techniques to boost sales.
• Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verify the accuracy of guest orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products.
• Clean kitchen areas, counters, food prep areas, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining rooms, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Uphold Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Unload and stock inventory as needed.
• Work at multiple workstations as required.
• Maintain prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Collaborate with management to resolve restaurant issues.
• Develop team effectiveness skills and work toward team goals.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years (18 years old to work opening and closing shifts).
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law.
• Flexible work availability.
• Reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Good written, math, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.
