About the Role

Ayvaz Pizza, a Franchisee of Pizza Hut, is hiring Team Members to assist with the daily operations of the restaurant. The role ensures each customer visit results in friendly, personalized service, great food, and a clean, inviting environment. We seek a self-motivated, dynamic team player to join our team, working closely with Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments, and address customer issues.
• Operate cash registers or point-of-sale devices, using suggestive-selling techniques to boost sales.
• Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verify the accuracy of guest orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products.
• Clean kitchen areas, counters, food preparation areas, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining rooms, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Uphold Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Unload and stock inventory as needed.
• Perform duties at multiple workstations.
• Maintain prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Work with management to resolve restaurant issues.
• Develop team effectiveness skills and collaborate to achieve team goals.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years (18 years old to work opening and closing shifts).
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law.
• Flexible work availability.
• Reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Good written, math, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented and customer-focused.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.
