About the Role
As a passionate Brand Ambassador and business leader, you will embrace and convey the Brand’s values to the Store Team and Clients, driving actions to achieve sales targets and maximize commercial opportunities. You will ensure an excellent Client Experience through a successful Client Journey while managing and motivating the team to foster a positive and harmonious work environment.
Responsibilities
- Leading the Business
- Drive your Team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance to support store success.
- Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans through analysis of product performance and proposing relevant action plans.
- Foster cross-selling and up-selling among product categories.
- Maximize business opportunities through efficient sales floor management, ensuring Prada standards are achieved.
- Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership, supporting the team with their own sales, and building client relationships.
- Encourage a digital mindset within the team to improve client relationships and achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends.
- Client Journey
- Ensure all clients feel welcomed and experience an inspiring and engaging journey.
- Trigger clients' curiosity and guide them through Prada’s values: unique "Prada-ness" attitude, intelligence of design, cultural relevance, challenging conventions, and commitment to creativity and innovation.

- Customer Relations Management
- Cultivate customer relationships to create loyal brand advocates.

- Proactively identify opportunities to gain new clients and grow department sales.
- Strengthen client loyalty by supporting the team in clienteling initiatives.
- Proactively manage customer complaints to maintain positive client relationships.
- Team Management
- Act as a role model, demonstrating sales leadership while building and developing your own client portfolio.
- Support your team with consistent coaching, identify development and training needs, and partner with HR and L&D to tailor individual development plans.
- Encourage information exchange within the team and develop morning briefings on specific topics.
- Identify talents within your team for internal development opportunities and share proposals with the Store Manager.
- Guarantee team development through coaching and follow-ups on individual action plans.
- Support the Store Manager in mapping the market for talent research.
- Lead by example to ensure the team operates with care and respect for products in every procedure.
- Store Care
- Support synergy and cooperation between front and back of house.
- Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities requested by the head office.
- Contribute to the effective and efficient care of company assets.
- Provide feedback and suggestions concerning department needs to the Store Manager, Visual Merchandising, and Merchandising departments.
- Guarantee effective back-of-house organization, ensuring protection of company assets and maintenance of staff grooming standards.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are proactively implemented while managing all operational store activities.
- Master all company tools and applications, including IT and digital, and ensure the team is informed of relevant updates.
- Train and inspire the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, client services, and company policies and procedures.
