Role Responsibilities
- Must be able to remain calm, professional and in control in a volatile business environment
- Set and manage team standards around attendance, performance metrics, and service quality
- Focus on bottom line performance and look for ways to improve overall performance, sales, customer satisfaction, and the entire customer experience
- Can set and achieve stretch team goals
- Identify, recruit, develop, and retain key talent
- Ensure retention of participants through concierge-type comprehensive support
- Dedicated to exceeding expectations and possess outstanding oral, inter-personal, and written communication skills
- Utilize independent decision-making skills to handle and resolve issues
- Computer literacy including familiarity with online services, PC skills, and technical resolution
- Utilize excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
Minimum Qualifications
- Registrations: SIE, Series 7, Series 63 OR 66, Series 9/10 or 4/24/53 and ability to obtain Mass Registration & Trader Certification
- Minimum Years of Industry Experience: 5+
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven ability to develop and execute a comprehensive business plan focused on growth, retention, and driving revenue
- Detail understanding of the securities industry including equity compensation, trading (equity/derivatives), Mutual Funds/ETF’s, Bonds, wrap products, lending
- Proven ability to attract & nurture talented individuals into a successful Sales & Support team
- Proven ability to resolve complex B2B challenges
- Proven track record of coaching team members
- Evidence Of Strong Leadership Capabilities And Previous Supervisory Experience

SALARY AND BENEFITS
- Salary Range: $85,000.00 and $140,000.00 per year
- Discretionary Incentive Compensation Award
- Incentive Compensation Plan (may include a discretionary bonus component)
