Team Manager - Administration (Forensics)

About the role

Founded in 1987, RAND Engineering & Architecture, DPC is an employee-owned 115+ person Manhattan-based firm that designs, specifies, and administers restoration, upgrade, and adaptive re-use programs on behalf of owners, managers, and co-op and condo boards. We are currently seeking a Team Manager for our Forensics department. Candidate should be self-motivated, energetic, organized and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Acting as point of contact for staff and external clients
• Sending out specs and documents
• Conducting bid reviews
• Scheduling meetings and site visits
• Updating in-house data management system
• Corresponding with clients and contractors
• Entering data and formatting documents
• Assisting team members as needed, aid in keeping the team organized and running smoothly

Requirements

• Punctual
• Proper office presentation
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to details and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like copier, printer, fax machine, etc.
• Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
• High School Diploma required
• 2 years of college preferred

Pay

The Pay Range For This Role Is 55,000 - 65,000 USD per year (Office)
