Team Leader Storeroom
for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate: "Why Join Our Team?" is not boilerplate; it's a section. Could be "About the role" or similar. The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map sections accordingly. We have "Why Join Our Team?" maybe treat as "About the role". Benefits section present. Position Summary maybe "About the role" as well. But we need to avoid duplicate sections. Could combine "Why Join Our Team?" and "Position Summary" into an "About the role" section.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we will have:
- About the role (h3) containing prose from Why Join Our Team? and Position Summary.
- Responsibilities (h3) containing list of essential duties.
- Requirements / Qualifications (h3) containing qualifications.
- Benefits (h3) containing list of benefits.
- Pay (h3) containing target pay range.
We might also include Work Environment & Physical Demands maybe as "Work Environment" but not in given list; but we could include as a section if content present. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could incorporate work environment into Responsibilities or Qualifications? Probably better to have a separate section "Work Environment". But the allowed headings list includes only those examples; not strict but we should follow examples. It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those. Safer to stick to those. Work environment could be part of Responsibilities or Qualifications? Might be better to include as a separate "Work Environment" but not in list. I'd include as a separate section maybe "Work Environment". However instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. implies those are examples, not exclusive. So we can add others.
But to be safe, we could incorporate work environment into Responsibilities or Qualifications as a paragraph.
We also need to remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. At end there is "Equal Opportunity Employer - Ethnically and Culturally Diverse/Females/Veterans/Disabled/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity" which is EEO boilerplate; remove.
Also "Stay up to date with Vallen, and follow us on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter." is social media; remove.
Also "We accept applications on an ongoing basis" is application instruction; remove.
Also "Vallen complies with all minimum wage laws" maybe keep? It's a statement but not boilerplate? Might be considered legal; but it's substantive? Probably remove as boilerplate.
