What You'll Do
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise, mentor, and develop team members.
- Manage workload and resource planning.
- Conduct performance reviews and career development planning.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training efforts.
- Foster engagement, accountability, and strong team culture.
- Business & Client Leadership:
- Lead business development efforts across New Mexico.
- Build and maintain client relationships, including Master Service Agreements where applicable.
- Support proposals, fee development, and team financial performance.
- Serve as a key representative of EEI to clients and partners.
What You’ll Bring
- Required:
- Experience leading and coaching technical professionals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated success managing team dynamics and client partnerships.
- Senior-level technical/project management experience.
- PREFERRED:
- PE registration.
- Relevant certifications (USGBC, AABC, NEBB, TABB, PMI, AEE, BCxA).
