Team Leader of Access and Response

About the role

This position is a Team Leader of Access and Response for NorthKey Community Care. The position is full-time on-site, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Flexible as needed, including participation in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, oversight, direction, and consultation to staff providing behavioral health crisis services.
• Affirm clinical support to other team members.
• Maintain compliance with standards of care defined by various entities.
• Ensure 24/7 coverage for mobile crisis assessments and 988 calls.
• Assist with creating 988 and on-call therapist monthly shift schedules.
• Assist with behavioral health crisis programming, completing assessments and providing clinical support.
• Make clinically appropriate level-of-care treatment recommendations.
• Engage in verbal de-escalation of individuals in crisis to encourage their participation in treatment.
• Provide clinical supervision to assigned staff.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation regarding assessment and therapy.
• Maintain compliance with standards of care defined by various entities.
• Ensure program and staff compliance with the documentation of quality care.
• Lead and/or participate in both internal and external workgroups and committees.
• Represent NorthKey in a professionally appropriate manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a master’s degree in a mental health discipline and appropriate Kentucky licensure; independent preferred.
• Ability to work after-hours on-call shifts as scheduled.
• Strong team leadership skills with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to operate an Electronic Health Record and other technology as necessary.
• Clinical experience required and supervisory experience preferred.

Pay

Independently licensed starts at $80,000. Potential for up to 12% contingency bonus!
