Team Leader (Laravel)

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader (Laravel) with over 6 years of experience to lead our development team in creating innovative products and modules that help our customers grow. Your primary focus will be on developing robust server-side logic, maintaining database integrity, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of web applications using the Laravel framework.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to understand project requirements and translate them into effective backend solutions.
• Provide feedback on the product roadmap, working closely with product teams to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and define timelines.
• Lead the customization of themes, plugins, and features based on client requirements, enhancing user experience and functionality.
• Demonstrate a strong problem-solving attitude and a deep understanding of core OOP concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver features.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in PHP development, with a strong emphasis on the Laravel framework.
• Extensive knowledge of Laravel frameworks.
• Proven experience in developing large-scale Laravel applications.
• Strong understanding of MySQL databases.
• Knowledge of common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions.
• Experience with user authentication and authorization across multiple systems and environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, fostering a collaborative work environment.
