Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team of production maintenance associates to ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment supporting plant operations.
• Coordinate closely with manufacturing and facilities engineering.
• Set performance and cost control standards.
• Maintain critical parts inventory.
• Provide coaching and training.
• Uphold safety and housekeeping standards.
• Drive continuous improvement across maintenance operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree + 2+ years in industrial maintenance with leadership experience or associate’s degree + 3+ years in industrial maintenance or High School Diploma + 5+ years in industrial maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, presses, robotics, PLC equipment, and related machinery.
• Skilled in using tools for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
• Ability to be present in manufacturing environments for extended periods.
• Exposure to dust, heat, chemicals, and noise.
• Must be able to travel occasionally (facility support, trade shows, training, etc.).

Pay

Pay Range: $73,499.00-$91,795.00
