Team Leader (Frontline Supervisor)
Job Summary
Weyerhaeuser Cottage Grove Lumber is seeking a Team Leader (Production Supervisor) for a salaried position with a full benefits package including low-cost health insurance, a 401(k) company contribution of 5% and company match up to 3%. Responsibilities
- Learn the business and spend time with people in various roles
- Coaching, feedback, and on-the-job training during the training period
- Job shadowing other Team Leaders who work various shifts
- Assigned to a shift after the training period
- Drive improvement and solve difficult problems
Requirements
- Leadership capability, particularly regarding Weyerhaeuser safety culture
- Ability to connect and communicate with people in all roles in the business
- Ability to adapt to ever-changing business conditions
Qualifications
- Wood products experience
- Experience as a lead or held other leadership roles

Pay
This role is eligible for an annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $69,000 - $104,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.
Schedule
Full-time, can include nights and weekends, work in extreme temperatures, in dusty and noisy conditions, work from heights, and in confined/restricted areas, lift 2-50 pounds regularly, climb steps and ladders, and stand or work for 4 hours as needed to supervise hourly employees working 10- or 13-hour shifts.
